About Ashes of Truth and RESET Breathwork
Discover the journey that led to Ashes of Truth and the commitment to guiding you back to yourself through the transformative power of RESET Breathwork.

Roots of Breathwork
Ashes of Truth grew from a season in Ashley's life when, despite years of inner work and healing, a major life event brought me to her to her knees. It felt like everything she had built within herself was suddenly out of reach, and found herself searching for something to hold onto.
Breathwork became that place to land. It gave her a way to move through what she was feeling, to release what she had been carrying, and to slowly reconnect with who she was before life—and the world—got in the way.
In moments where I felt hopeless, it gave her something Ishedidn’t expect: a sense of possibility again.

RESET Breathwork: a space to remember
RESET Breathwork is an extension of that journey—a space for others to soften, release, and remember themselves, even in the midst of everything they’re carrying. It isn’t about fixing yourself or trying to become someone new.
It’s about creating a space where you can safely feel what’s been held in your body and gently let it move.
What makes it different is that it meets you exactly where you are—whether you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or just need a moment to pause. There’s nothing to perform and nothing to force.

Finding your way back home
At its core, RESET is about remembering. Beneath the stress, the noise, and everything life places on top of us, there is a steady version of you that’s still there. This practice is simply a way back to that place.
I’m most drawn to working with people who are navigating a lot beneath the surface. They’re often thoughtful, self-aware, and used to being strong for others—but don’t always have a space to fully let themselves feel and release. They may not even have the words for what’s coming up, just a sense that something feels heavy or stuck.
"RESET Breathwork offers you a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and supported."
